- Hello, I do not understand the bulleted statement "Not recommended for table-tops or floors. Does not dry to a sandable finish." Namely, the "Does not dry to a sandable finish." When you fill nail holes, small imperfections like say on a door you are refinishing.... etc you can't sand down potential over-fill with this product? I am confused as to why not. And if so, how can you use it. There is always a potential to need a light sanding after filling holes. Confused.

The Color Putty does not dry to a sandable consistency. You should fill the nail holes and imperfections and then wipe clean.
