Can 55-1 be applied at 40 degrees F?

This is now the third time I’m ordering Aboweld 55-1. 1928 Spanish house, 4 original concrete ponds that continue to develop different cracks. I fixed one of them 8 years ago with this product and when I the pond this time, those repairs were as good as new and PERFECT! This stuff is AMAZING!
