Abosolv™
General Purpose Thinner and Cleaning Solvent for Epoxies and Other Liquid Polymers.
Uses: Commonly used to thin LiquidWood® and other ABATRON epoxies, as needed. Use as a solvent for general clean up for tools and other messes. Included in our 5-part Wood Restoration Kits.
Features and Benefits: Extremely low viscosity and compatibility with epoxies makes this an ideal thinner for various Abatron products. Very effective as a cleaning solvent.

LiquidWood® can be thinned using Abosolv™. However, it should be noted that because Abosolv™ is solvent-based you may experience some shrinkage due to evaporation.

I bought the wood restoration kit but it did not include Abasolv. Is there something I may have in my shop that could work to smooth during application of WoodEpoxy?

Yes, an isopropyl alcohol product should work in this application as well.
Are you able to dilute the WoodEpox with Abosolv to a thinner consistency for application on the fascia boards as a skim coat, and if so what dilution should be applied.
