Abosolv™

General Purpose Thinner and Cleaning Solvent for Epoxies and Other Liquid Polymers.

Uses: Commonly used to thin LiquidWood® and other ABATRON epoxies, as needed.  Use as a solvent for general clean up for tools and other messes.  Included in our 5-part Wood Restoration Kits.

Features and Benefits: Extremely low viscosity and compatibility with epoxies makes this an ideal thinner for various Abatron products.  Very effective as a cleaning solvent.

    LiquidWood® can be thinned using Abosolv™. However, it should be noted that because Abosolv™ is solvent-based you may experience some shrinkage due to evaporation.

    Yes, an isopropyl alcohol product should work in this application as well.
